Artichoke Dip

If you have never tried this dip, don't turn up your nose & run.....just make it.
I promise, you will soon be a believer...it's sensational.

Ingredients
1- 16 oz. package cream cheese
½ cup mayo
1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 -10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 to 6 cloves of roasted garlic, chopped fine

Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Transfer to an oven-safe souffle dish and bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot with toasted baguette slices.
